All-examiners noted significant improvement in the use of the new Emergency Response Guidelines, in communication between operators and in teamwork of'the candidates.
Examiners also observed'several instances of inconsistency between procedures and instrumentation on the simulator.

Summary of facility comments and commitments made at exit interview.
-Facility representatives noted that a program was in place and scheduled for implementation for verifying procedures and instrum.antation using the simalator. The facility also has started a simulator upgrade program to improve its capabilities as well as update the simulator to the plant as-
