Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a. future inspection of your licensed. program.
We acknowledge that two parts of the inspection report (50-410/88-08)
documen-ted your commitments incorrectly:
With regard to Niagara Mohawk walkdowns for your equipment reverification, we now understand that you completed 80% of this effort.
Since no significant equipment deficiencies existed, you plan to complete this reverification effort as equipment becomes available.
With regard to your effort to inspect Raychem cable splices, we now understand that your inspection was on a sampling basis.
