REPORT NO. 50-400/94-23 Thank you for your response of February 27, 1995, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 27, 1995, concerning activities conducted at your Harris facility.
In a telephone call on March 9, 1995, between Mr. D. McCarthy of your staff and Mr. H. Christensen, you clarified that the kitchen area was within audible range of the control room first out annunciators.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
