This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the area of Physical Security Program for Power Reactor.
Specific areas evaluated were:
Security Program Plans; Protected and Vital Area Barriers; Vital Area Detection-Aids;
.
Assessment Aids; Protected and Vital Area Personnel Access Control; Alarm Stations and Communications; Testing, Maintenance and Compensatory Measures; and Security Training and Qualifications.
Results:
'In the areas inspected, no violations were identified.
Inspection results indicate that the Security Program continues to be effective in _ most areas and 4the security organization is capable of providing. an acceptable L level of protection for this facility.
Work is continuing on upgrading and improving the assessment capabilities of the perimeter.
One area
- found noteworthy was the Training Program, specifically the Instructors,
