NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000382/2003007

Dear Mr. Venable:

Thank you for your letter of May 12, 2004, in response to our April 12, 2004, letter and Notice of Violation concerning the failure to establish appropriate instructions and accomplish those instructions for installation of a fuel line for the Train A emergency diesel generator in May 2003. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
