Thank you for your letter dated March 18, 1980, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-373/80-04 and 50-374/80-03 forwarded by our letter dated February 20, 1980.
We have reviewed your corrective actions and request further clarifi-cation to your response.
Consequently, within 20 days of your receipt of this letter please provide us your response to the following questions:
1.
Is S&L's Specification Status Report a controlled document?
2.
What system of controls is in place to verify the accuracy of the Specification Status Report?
3.
Will the Specification Status Report have the same distribution as the ECN's and the original specification?
4.
Will the Specification Status Report contain specific specification headings and all applicable approved changes under these headings?
