The purpose, scope and findings of the inspection were reviewed. The inspector reviewed the procedures and post orders for the protection of new fuel and no discrepancies were note The access list for entry to the fuel floor and use of the overhead crane were up-to-date and on file at the entry control point. provide written security procedures for defensive positions and for the personnel recall plan. The inspector reviewed Hope Creek se-curity implementing procedure No.11 (Intrustion Alarm Response),

dated January 24, 1986, and determined that the procedure was ade-quate for its intended purpose. In addition, all post orders have been completed and are available for us . (Closed) Inspector Follow Item (50-352/85-57-02):

i Handling of Safeguards Information. The licensee completed a Quality Assurance audit of the Safeguards Information Program on January 29,.

1986 and no discrepancies were noted. The licensee previously had an acceptable program to control the use and protection of safeguards information for the Salem Nuclear Generating Station. The program is now applicable to both facilities. Further, proposed Revision 5 to the physical security plan will include provisions, in Chapter 15, for an annual independent audit of this progran.
