REPORT NOS. 50-338/90-04 AND 50-339/90-04 Thank you for your response of May 11, 1990, to our Notice of Violation issued on April 13, 1990, concerning activities conducted at your North Anna facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
This letter supersedes and cancels our letter of June 6, 1990.
That letter erroneously referred to Report Nos. 50-338/89-04 and 50-339/89-04.
