Inspection Summary

Areas Inspected: Included review of the security program audit; security organ-ization; physical barriers (protected area); physical barriers (vital area);

access control (identification, authorization and badging); access control (search); access control (escorting); access control (vital areas); alarm stations, detection aids; assessment aids; communications, testing and main-tenance; response; and records and reports.

The inspection involved 80 inspector hours onsite by 2 NRC inspectors.

The inspection was begun during en offshift period; 20 inspection hours were ac-complished during offshift period:.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 15 areas examined during the inspection except for the following 4 areas:
