NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-335/97-11 AND 50-389/97-11)
Dear Mr. Plunkett:
Thank you for your responses of December 10, 1997, and December 19, 1997, to our Notice ot Violation issued on November 10, 1997, concerning activities conducted at your St. Lucie facility.
In your response of December 10, 1997, for Violation A, paragraph 4.C.
and 4.D., you described that non-operations personnel will be using a computerized work hours tracking system.
We also understand that operations personnel will be using the same computerized work hours tracking system with implementation scheduled for January 15, 1998.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirement of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
