Inspection 50-334/82-01 This refers to your letter dated April 30, 1982, in msponse to our letter dated April 1,1982 Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
Your letter also expressed concern over our classification of Violation A as Severity Level III and discussed the view that a lower classification was justi-fled. We have reviewed that classificatien and have concluded that it is proper.
Our position orrelassification of Violations was provided in our letter to you dated April 26, 1982. Apparently, these letters crossed in the mail.
