JAMES A. FITZPATRICK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DISPUTE OF VIOLATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH WHITE FINDING - NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000333/2021090
Dear Mr. Rhoades:
I am writing to acknowledge receipt of the Exelon Generation Company, LLC (ExGen) letter dated June 3, 2021, in response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspection Report 05000333/2021090 issued on April 20, 2021 (ML21105A543)1. The letter (ML21154A050) contested violations associated with a White finding issued to the James A.
FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in the April 20, 2021, report. NRC staff independent from the inspection are reviewing ExGens response and will provide you a separate letter documenting the basis for any decision relative to the disputed violations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room and from the NRCs Agency-wide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
