SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT N05. 50-327/93-39 AND 50-328/93-39 Thank you for your response of October 15, 1993, to our Notice of Violation, issued on September 16, 1993, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility.

We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. However, as discussed with TVA Sequoyah management, we emphasize the applicability to the issues addressed in'this letter of your Post Restart Plan, particularly areas addressing corrective action implementation, attention to detail, and overall safety se 'itivity.

We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
