Thank you for your response of October 4,1993, to our Notices of Violation
and Deviation, issued on September 3, 1993, concerning activities conducted at your Sequoyah facility.
Based on additiona' conversations between Mr. W. E.
Holland of my staff and Mr. R. A. Fenech, it is our understanding that you will provide a revised response that addresses our comments contained in the Notice of Violation cover letter regarding the safety sensitivity exhibited at
Sequoyah during the inspection period. We have evaluated your responses and found that they meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
