Thank you for your response of August 23, 1993, to our Notice of Violation, issued on July 23, 1993, concerning activities at your Sequoyah facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
After reviewing the additional information you have provided in response to Violation 50-327,328/93-28-02, we have concluded that a violation did not occur. We will adjust our records to reflect that no cited violation occurred with respect to Violation 50-327,328/93-28-02. This conclusion is based on your assertion that the required summary report was provided to the site Vice President subsequent to our inspection. We continue to believe; however, that provision of the required report was in part prompted by our inspection activity, and, on this basis we request that you review procedure RCI-1,

Step 6.2, for revision with respect to a specific timeframe for completion.
Furthermore, additional RCI-1 procedural training may be necessary to familiarize affected staff as to procedural requirements, and we request you l
review the adequacy of current training in this regard.
