The inspection involved 30 inspector hours on site by one NRC inspector.
The inspection was begun during an offshift period; 4 inspection hours were accomp-lished during offshift periods.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 10 areas examined during the inspection except for the following area:
Access Control-Personnel Failure to remove access authorization upon termination of an employee.
