SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-321/85-07 AND 50-366/85-07 Thank you for your response of April 29, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued on April 1,1985, concerning activities conducted at your E. I. Hatch facilit We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspection i After evaluating your response to violation 1, we have concluded that the violation occurred as stated in the Notice of Violation. Notwithstanding the above, we agree that the severity level was inappropriately assigned in the Notice of Violation, and therefore, the violation has been changed to Severity Level'V in accordance with 10 CFR 2, Appendix C, Supplement CFR 55.10 details the regulatory requirements pertaining to the content of operator license applications. Specifically, 10 CFR 55.10(a)(6) requires that applications contain details on courses of instruction administered by the facility licensee, number of course hours, number of hours of training and nature of training received at the facility.
