Resolution of these dispa itics is required in order to assure that r

personnel exposures have been properly assessed. Therefore, please

complete the following actions:

a.

Re-evaluate the ex;.osure for all individuals occupationally

exposed to radiation on Three Mile Island for the period

}

between March 28 and I, arch 31, 1979; and assure that the i

personnel exposure records (MC forra-6 or equivalent) correctly indicate the dose received by these individuals.

l Such evaluation shall include docwxnted interviews (oral or

',

written) with each individual exposed, and made availabic for i

l review by representatives of this effice.

b.

Evaluate tne expoiure for inoivicuals in the second quarter 1979 who received acre than 100 a: rem as measured oy pocket dosimeter but whose TLD result differed by ocre than 25% of

'

that value.

In the case where the TLD indicated the hign[sbh$iMe, statement that such exposure was assigned to the individual will be satisfactory for the purposes of the evaluation.
