The inspection related to your program and activities designed to protect l
against industrial sabotage and to safeguard special nuclear material. The inspection was based on the applicable provisions of Title 10, Part 50 of
,
the Code of Federal Regulations entitled " Licensing and Utilization Facilities," within Part 73 entitled " Physical Protection of Plants and Materials," and the specific requirements of NRC License DPR-51. Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are documented in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records, inter-views with personnel, and observations by the inspxtor.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
