Hotice of Violation, dated March 22, 1982. We have no further questions at this time regarding your responses to the items in the Notice of Vio-lation and will review your corrective actions during a future inspection.

Attachment 1 to your letter provided an analysis of the cause of a repeti-tive violation and described your actions intended to ensure that future corrective actions in response to violations will be thorough enough to detect and correct the root cause of the violations. We agree with your conclusion that, " Lack of attention to the details of the corrective action on the part of station management and the Plant Safety Comittee was detemined to be the cause of the repeat violation." We agree that increased emphasis on personal accountability and responsibility and increased review of corrective actions by the Plant Safety Committee should reduce the incidence of repetitive violations.
