This routine, unannounced , inspection was conducted in the area' of Physical Security Program for Power Reactors, specifically:- Security Plan and *

Organization; Security Program Audit; Records and Reports; Testing and -

Maintenance; Physical Barriers - Protected and Vital Area; Security System i Porer Supply; Access Control - Packages, Personnel and Vehicles; Detection Aids

- Protected and Vital Areas; Alann Stations; Consnunications; Lighting; i Compensatory Measures; and Assessment Aid .

In.the areas inspected, one unresolved item was identified. There appears to-be some question as -to interpretation of the Security Plan commitments in regards to assessme_nt. The security program appears to be effective,and the +
