NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-275/323-98-007 Thank you for your letter of May 22, 1998, in response to our April 22, 1998, letter and Notice of Violation concerning:

(1) failure to provide a procedure that assured proper stowage of a hoist, (2) failure to implement refueling procedures, in that the source range monitor high flux alarm was not restored, (3) multiple failures to properly implement the clearance procedure, and (4) failure to translate design information into the shutdown abnormal operating procedures.

We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We willreview the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
