ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE This refers to the enforcement conference held with Mr. Maneatis, Mr. Shiffer, and other members of the PGEE staff at the Region V offices on December 19, 1989.
The conference was held to discuss the facts surrounding apparent violations regarding the operability of your containment recirculation sumps and the use of an unlicensed shift supervisor as described to you in inspection reports 50-275, 50-323/89-31, and 50-275, 50-323/89-29, respectively.
The key points discussed in the enforcement conference are summarized in the enclosed inspection report.
