This letter *refers to your August 3, 1998, correspondence (LR-N980367), in response to our July 10, 1998 letter regarding the Salem Unit 1 & 2 facilities, and Hope Creek violation 50-354/98-06-01 that was described in that repor Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions for the Notice of Violation, as documented in your letter. The violations involved the failure to implement
- certain station procedures for a single cell vital DC battery charge, and the lack of written procedures governing the collection of drinking water, fish, and invertebrate samples, which are required by Technical Specifications.
