NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-272/94-07 AND 50-311/94-07 (REPLY)
This refers to your August 5, 1994, correspondence in response to our letter, dated June 29, 1994, regarding Salem Unit 1.
This correspondence dealt with your failure to complete a written safety evaluation for a change to the 1A-460V vital bus transformer.
We have reviewed this matter in accordance with NRC Inspection Manual Procedure 92903.
We consider your response and corrective actions acceptable pending further review in a future inspection of your licensed program.
We appreciate your cooperation.
