Aids; Assessment Aids; Communications; Testing and Maintenance: Compensatory Measures; Power Supply; Response; Locks, Keys and Combinations; Records and Reports.
The inspection involved 78 inspec-tor-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.
The inspection was begun during an-offshift period; 24 inspector-hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the 20 areas examined during the inspection except for the following 5 items:
1.
The licensee did not have one of the security procedures described in the accepted Security Plan (Deficiency).
2.
A licensee employee was permitted to enter the protected area after he inadvertently failed to take and wear the picture identification badge

issued to him prior to entering the protected area (Deficiency).
3.
The licensee failed to equip a vital area location with security-related devices (Infraction).
4.
A licensae guard was not equipped with a required communications device (Infraction).
5.
The licensee failed to maintain a special purpose detector in operable condition (Infraction).
