Dear Sirs:
This letter conveys Public Service Company of Colorado's response to Mr. L. J. Callan's letter of January 7, 1988, addressing the Notice of Violation imoosed as the result of NRC Inspection Report Number 50-267/87-29.
Our response to this violation is enclosed as Enclosure 1 to this letter.
The material in Enclosure 1, including Attachment 1, contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefere, this material, with the exception of this letter, should not be placed in the Public Occuments Room.
