NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-266/93009(DRP);
50-301/93009(DRP))
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 12, 1993, in response to our letter dated June 11, 1993, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with Inspection Report No. 50-266/93009(DRP); 50-301/93009(DRP).
We have reviewed your corrective actions for example 2 of the violation and.
have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
With regard to example 1 of the violation, we have reviewed your response and acknowledge that the event was not clearly required to be documented in a condition report in accordance with your corrective action system guidance.
However, based on discussions with your staff, we understand that you intend to provide additional information describing clarifications to your ' corrective:
action system concerning utilization of maintenance work requests and-condition reports.
