50-260/90-33, AND 50-296/90-33 Thank you for your response of January 16, 1991 to our Notice of Violation issued December 27, 1990, concerning activities conducted at your Browns Ferry facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
In your letter you denied Example B of the violation.
We have reviewed your response to this example, agree with your denial, and are withdrawing Example B.
This is based upon discussions with our Office of Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Data (AEOD).
AEOD will issue a
supplement to NUREG 1022 clarifying the reportability requirements.
We also reviewed your response to Examples A and C and agree with the proposed disposition.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
