D te igned SUMMARY Scope:
This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the area of the Core Inspection Program for Power Reactor s.
The licensee's progress in the area of the security upgrade was also reviewed.
Results:
In the area inspected, violations were not identified.
The licensee has four security upgrade issues which must be completed prior to Unit 2 startup, although there is progress in these areas, action is not yet complete. (IFI No. 90-17-01)
The licensee appeared to be in compliance with requirements contained in the Physical Security Plan.
IFI 88-20-01 was closed, as were prior violations 89-45-01 and 89-45-02.
