Dear Mr. Palmisano:
This will acknowledge receipt of Mr. Chatfield.'s letter dated November 5, 1998, in response to our letter dated June 29, 1998, associated with reinforcing operator performance standards at the Palisades Nuclear Generating Plant. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
