Dear Mr. Palmisano:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 13, 1998, in response to our letter dated September 5, 1997, associated with Inspection Report No. 50-255/97008(DRP). In your letter you indicated that your staff is c.ontinuing its review of post maintenance testing deficiencies identifed in Inspection Report No. 50-255/97008(DRP). We understand that the review of post maintenance testing deficiencies is ongoing and will be discussed with NRC at a later date. We have reviewed your corrective actions for ALARA planning and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
