NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 97004)

Dear_Mr. Palmisano:

This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 27, 1997, in response to our letter dated April 21, 1997, transmitting a Notice of Violation associated with the failure to have adequate procedures governing the ha.ndling of spent resins within the plant radwaste system. We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective act.ions will be examined during future inspections.
