Foster, Performance Appraisal Team Leader Corporate Meeting This meeting between corporate management of Consumers Power Company and Region III representatives and Performance Appraisal Team (PAT) members was held for the purpose of discussing the upcoming inspection at the Consumers Power Corporate Office to be conducted the week beginning November 27, 197 Mr. Keppler explained the history of the NRC's preliminary attempt to evaluate licensee performance and reviewed material on this subject, copies of which had recently been placed in the public document room and given to each operating power reactor license This was followed by a discussion of the revised.inspection program including the purpose of the PAT, as described in NUREG-039 Messrs. Gagliardo and Foster reviewed the scope of the planned PAT inspectio Mr. Youngdahl expressed concern over subjective opinions and their possible effect when made publi He also expressed concern that unless PAT inspectors talk to the appropriate individuals, they might form the wrong opinion because of incomplete or erroneous informatio The licensee identified individuals for each PAT member to contact for each of the areas to be inspecte
