F The team found that the station is routinely issuing a safety system unavailability monitoring program (issued quarterly) and a system reliability trending program (issued monthly) that are now considered by the task force in their monthly mcetings.
The team attended an April 6,1988, task force meemg held to discuss a listing that included 14 items for both the HPCI and RCIC systems, 12 items pertaining to the RCIC system and 26 items pertaining to the HPCI system. During this meeting it was learned that three of the modifications established at the July 17, 1986, meeting had been completed. Additionall',, the overspeed troubles had been solved and the lube oil problem improved.
It is the Task Force's plan to continue these periodic meetings to assess status and discuss items of concern.
DIring this meeting, the Task Force establisned that effecting required repairs would be occurring into late 1988 or in 1980 (refuelingoutages).

WorkHistoryAnalysh Several types of history analysis were undertaken by the Task Force.
Two, of interest to the team, identified the problems and maintenance repair efforts needed to continue system operability.
These two are detailed below:
