Access Control - Personnel:
On one occasion, access controls at a Vital Area o
entry point were not maintained at the level required by the licensee's security plan.
The potential violation of the licensee's security plan was reported to the NRC as required by 10 CFR 73.71(c).
The licensee's immediate corrections resolved the inspector's initial concerns.
Some administrative errors were noted in the security plan and will be addressed in accordance with 10 CFR 50,54(p).
