Areas Inspected: Special inspection pertaining to a named individual with unescorted access to the Big Rock Point Nuclear Power Plant allegedly being convicted in 1982 or 1983 of possession and distribution of a controlled substanc Result: The allegation was partially substantiated. The licensee's investigation concluded that the individual was convicted of possession of marijuana in September 1983.
