Areas Inspected:
Special inspection pertaining to a named individual with unescorted access to the Big Rock Point Nuclear Power Plant allegedly being convicted in 1982 or 1983 of possession and distribution of a controlled substance.
Result: The allegation was partially substantiated. The licensee's investigation concluded that the individual was convicted of possession of marijuana in September 1983. The allegation that the individual was convicted of distribution of marijuana was not substantiated.
