Q Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined during this inspection. One previous inspection

finding was closed. An assessment system was determined to be marginally

acceptable and requires senior management support.
Two administrative areas
pertaining to the Security Force Training and Qualification (SFT&Q) Plan

required a change to the SFT&Q Plan. Documentation of security management review of maintenance performed on security equipment was considered warranted.
i Licensee's actions, to date, on IE Information Notice No. 86-91 and preliminary Regulatory Effectiveness Review inspection findings were considered adequate.
