Dear Sir or Madam:

Entergy Operations Incorporated is submitting the lnservice Inspection Summary Report, OAR-1-00014, as required by Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code. The report was prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of ASME Code Case N-532-5 as authorized by the Nucl,ear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The attached report contains an overalJ summary of lnservice Inspections perform_ed from March 2016 to July 2018 which encompasses the Third Period of the Third Interval, as well as the First Period of the Fourth Interval. The Third Period of the Third Interval began in June of 2014 and ended in November of 2017. The First Period of the Fourth Interval began in December of 2017 and ends in November of 2020.

This letter contains no new Regulatory Commitments.
