Incorrect Setpoints for RilR Injection Valve Differential Pressure Switches LER 82-059/01 X-1 AECM-83/0091 This letter submits an update to a previous report submitted on September 22, 1982. The event for which the report was made occurred on September 9, 1982, when it was discovered that the differential pressure switches for the RIIR injection valves were incorrectly set during the performance of routine leakage tests. The pressure switches were found to be set at 58 psig rather than less than or equal to 50 psig as required by Technical Specification 4.4.3.2.3.

All corrective action for this event had been completed at the time of the previous report and reported then. A Surveillance Procedure Review was initiated and discussed in the previous report, however, the results of the review will not be made in connection with this report. A separate report will be submitted upon completion of the review. Attached is LER 82-059/01 X-1, which is a final report.
