San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 & 3 Pursuant to Sections 6.9.1.13.b of Appendix A, Technical Specifications to-Facility Operating Licensee NPF-10 and NPF-15 for San Onofre Units 2 and 3, respectively, this submittal provides the required 30-day written report and a copy of the Licensee Event Report (LER) for an occurrence involving Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.3.2 asso-ciated with the Toxic Gas Isolation System. Since this occurrence involves a shared system between Unit 2 and Unit 3, in accordance with NUREG 0161, a single LER for Unit.2 (Docket 50-361) is provided.
Enclosed LER 83-033 addresses this event, including corrective actions and measures to' prevent recurrence.
