(" Southwestern") requests the termination of the hearing ordered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (" Board") in the above-referenced proceeding. Southwestern previously notified the Commission in the attached document that Southwestern did not request a hearing on the license transfer. Southwestern submitted its Petition in order to preserve its interests in the event that a licensee or other party sought, and was granted, a hearing.

Southwestern does not intend for its Petition to constitute a separate request for hearing, and hereby moves the Board to terminate this proceeding.
