S 2. 711 (a) , for an extension of time in which to file its brief in opposition to the appeal of the Government Accountability Project Deponents (" GAP Deponents") . As grounds therefor, Applicant states:

1. The GAP deponents filed their appeal with supporting Memorandum on October 21, 1983 and mailed copies i to Applicant.
2. Applicant's brief is currently due on November 25, 1983, a day on which its attorneys' offices are closed for -

the Thanksgiving holiday.

3. The attorneys for Consumers who have been handling this matter are Mr. Stahl and Ms. Proctor. Mr.
