(" Consumers"), by and through its attorneys, respectfully requests leave to file the enclosed corrected copies of the " Memorandum of Consumers Power Company in Opposition to Appeal of Governmec.c Account-ability Project Deponents," and in support of this motion states as follows:

On December 9, 1983 Consumers filed its

" Memorandum of Consumers Power Company in Opposition to Appeal of Governments Accordability Project Deponents."

Consumers' attorneys inadvertently failed to include a table of contents and a table of authorities in the memorandum as filed.

2.

The corrected copies Consumers is seeking leave to file i..clude a table of contents and a table of authorities, but no changen have been made to the body of the memorandum.

3.

Consumers believes that no party will be prejudiced by the granting of leave to file corrected copies i

of its memorandum.
