(" Board") pursuant to the provisions of 10C.F.R. Sec. 2.710 for an order extending l

to September 30,1983, their time within which to file a motion fo.r reconsideration of the Board's order of August 31, 1983, denying their motion to quash subpoenas commanding them to testify upon deposition and to produce certain documents in the j above-captioned proceeding. In support of this motion, movants state that since

', issuance of the Board's August 31 order, their counsel has been unable to complete a motion for reconsideration in the instant matter because his time was almost entirely occupied by (1) obtaining a stay of execution in State v. Tokman, Miss. Sup. Ct. No. '
