NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 69 2.721 and 2.721(b), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Consumers Power Company (Midland Plant, Units 1 and 2), Docket Nos. 50-329-0M and 50-330-0M, is hereby reconstitued by appointing Administrative Judge Gustave A. Linenberger, Jr., in place of Administrative Judge Frederick P. Cowan, who is not available to serve.

As reconstituted, the Board is comprised of the following Administrative Judges:

Charles Bechhoefer, Chairman Jerry Harbour Gustave A. Linenberger, Jr.
