- :t MOTION OF CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY TO MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER Consumers Power Company, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.711 and 10 C.F.R. 2.730 (c) , moves the Board for a 21 day e: tension of time, from December 19, 1980 to and including January 9, 1981, to file its reply to the Staff's motion for a Protective Order.

In moving and responding to a Protective Order briefs should include specific references to the transcripts involved. Pennsylvania Power &_ Light and Alleghenev Electric Cooperative (Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 &

2), ALAB-613, S30,529 (CCH) (1980). Roesberg v. John Manville Corp., 28 FR Serv. 2d 1170 (ED Pa. 1980). Since Mr. Kane was deposed only last week and the transcripts of the deposition are not yet completed by the court reporter, additional time is necessary in order to obtain the transcripts and provide specific references.
