L-2018-LLM-0004), April 5, 2019 By letter dated April 5, 2019, the U.S. uclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") requested that Nuclear Development, LLC provide certain supplemental information to enable the staff to make an independent assessment regarding the acceptability of the proposed construction permit transfer application. In that letter, NRC asked that the specified information be provided within three months.

The purpose of this letter is to request a 60-day extension of time to submit the information requested.

The additional time will allow Nuclear Development to compile the information into a quality submittal.

Assuming this request is granted, Nuclear Development intends to submit the supplemental information by Friday, September 6, 2019 .
