Dear Mr. Shea:
This letter provides notification of a transfer of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) project responsibility to the Office of New Reactors, Division of Licensing, Siting, and Environmental Analysis, Licensing Branch 4 (LB4). Ms. Jennifer Dixon-Herrity is the Branch Chief for LB4 and will be responsible for the licensing project management of Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. Effective August 6, 2017, project management responsibilities for your construction license have been assigned to Mr. William Gleaves, LB4.
