TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY NUCLEAR QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN, REVISION 40 (EPID L-2022-LLQ-0003)
Dear Mr. Barstow:
By letter dated April 28, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22118A162), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) submitted Revision 40 to TVA-NQA-PLN89-A, TVA Nuclear Quality Assurance Plan, (NQAP) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and requested NRC approval of the removal of Bellefonte Nuclear Plant (BLN)-related information from the NQAP. As stated in the referenced letter, the BLN construction permits expired on October 1, 2021. Because the BLN construction permits have expired, NRC review of the proposed changes regarding the removal of the BLN-related information is not required.
